ABOUT STEVE
YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER
Steve Wrona’s passion for fitness began with high school wrestling, where he developed a foundation in discipline and performance-based training. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Movement Science from Westfield State University, holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential, and began his professional training career in 2016.
Specializing in functional strength and conditioning, Steve holds advanced certifications including PPSC, FMS, TRX, and Kettlebell. Over the past decade, he has worked with hundreds of clients across a wide range of abilities and physical limitations, creating individualized, science-backed programs that improve performance, movement quality, and long-term results.
A defining element of Steve’s work is bridging the gap between physical therapy and full-function gym training. By combining corrective strategies with progressive strength and conditioning, he helps clients transition from rehabilitation to confident, capable movement.
For the past five years, Steve has trained Food Network star Robert Irvine and collaborated with the Robert Irvine Foundation on veteran wellness initiatives. He has also supported the Allied Forces Foundation during the Cateran Yomp in Scotland—one of the world’s most demanding endurance events.
Steve lives in Tampa, Florida, with his wife, Chloe, and daughter, Braedyn. His mission is to deliver a client-centered approach to health and wellness that integrates strength, movement, conditioning, nutrition, and community support for sustainable results.
